1. What Salonix is

Salonix is a platform that lets salons run a live queue and lets customers join it, see a real-time turn estimate, and pay at the counter. We connect salons and customers — we do not provide grooming services ourselves and are not a party to what happens in the chair.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login secure.

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• One person holds one account, regardless of how many salons or roles they have.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Salon obligations

• Keep your profile, services, prices and hours accurate and up to date.
• Operate lawfully and honour the queue positions and bookings customers hold.
• Provide genuine verification documents when asked, and only for a salon you are entitled to list.

4. Payments

Salonix does not process the money between a customer and a salon. Payment for a service happens directly at the salon (cash, card or UPI); Salonix only records what the salon confirms it received. Any subscription fee a salon owes Salonix for using the platform is separate and is shown to the owner before it applies.

5. Plans & Combos

A salon may sell its own prepaid plans and combos to its customers. These are agreements between the salon and its customer. Salonix records the balance and enforces it at billing, but never holds the funds and is not responsible for honouring, refunding or disputing them — that is between the salon and the customer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, do not:

• Impersonate a salon, person or business you are not.
• Upload false documents, fake reviews, or misleading photos or prices.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that is not yours.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove a listing or account that breaks these terms, our Salon Guidelines, or the law — or where required to protect customers. You may stop using Salonix at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Salonix is provided “as is”. Turn-time estimates are estimates, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Salonix is not liable for the conduct of any salon or customer, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date above; continuing to use Salonix means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction there.
